INTRODUCTION
HRM & OD TRENDS SURVEY
Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development
We are inviting you to take part in a research study. Before you decide to participate, it is important that you understand why the research is being done and what it will involve. Please take the time to read the following information carefully. Please ask the researchers if there is anything that is not clear or if you need more information.

TITLE OF RESEARCH: HRMD/OD TRENDS SURVEY

PURPOSE OF THE RESEARCH: The purpose of the study is to understand the various trends affecting Human Resources Management and Organization Development across different industries.

STUDY PROCEDURE
You will be asked a series of questions in a survey - mostly you will answer by checking boxes, circling numbers, or writing your responses to supply your opinion or experience. Participation in this survey is completely voluntary and will take approximately 20 minutes.

BENEFIT AND RISK
The study involves asking questions on your insights and experiences on HRM/ OD, which may cause discomfort. These risks are not beyond those encountered in normal everyday life (such as having conversations at work).

There are also some risks that can be associated with sending and storing data online that are beyond the researcher’s control such as data breach. However, the researcher will take all the necessary measures to reduce the risks. The researcher reviewed privacy policies and terms of conditions of the online platforms to be used. QuestionPro policies will apply.

You can decide to withdraw from the data collection at any time, without the need to provide justification.
There is no compensation for participating in this study.

Possible benefits from the findings include issues faced by organizations and current/ future practices in HRM/OD that can be used to improve overall organizational effectiveness and employee well-being.

CONFIDENTIALITY
This is an anonymous survey. The responses that you will provide will not be directly linked to you. No personal identifying information (names, contact information) will be shared to the public. Findings of the study may be provided to companies or organizations who assisted in the data-gathering process, but these results will be reported in aggregate and no personal identifying information (names, contact information) will be shared to these organizations or to the public. The only times the researchers may be required to disclose confidential information regarding the participants to the appropriate authorities is when it is required by law and when there may be imminent harm to the participants or to others.
